Wunder

Wenn wir bewusst leben,
werden Wunder sichtbar und fassbar sein.
Geheimnisvoll ist die Struktur der Welt.
Wir sind umgeben von Unerklärlichem
und sind selbst Wunder.
Auch nur einen von uns zu zerstören ist ein Sakrileg.
Wir haben soviel darauf verwandt,
realistisch und geerdet zu sein,
unsere Begeisterung zu zügeln und unsere Träume zu vergessen,
dass wir dabei den Sinn für das Wunderbare verloren haben,
das in jede Faser der Welt hineingewebt worden ist,
auf jede vorstellbare und unvorstellbare Art.
Wir gehen auf Zeiten zu,
in denen unsere Augen mehr und mehr geöffnet werden,
und wir werden nicht nur mit unserer Horn- und Netzhaut sehen,
sondern mit unserem Herzen, dem einzigen Organ,
das die Welt so sieht, wie sie ist, unverzerrt.
Dann wird das Unmögliche alltäglich sein,
Wunder werden aus unserer Liebe hervorgehen,
und wir werden unserer Hoffnung und unserem Glauben mehr trauen
als den Schlagzeilen, erfüllt von Katastrophen und Unglück.
Wohlwollend werden wir über das lachen,
was wir früher als vernünftig ansahen.
Wir werden ins Licht gehen,
und tiefer und umfassender als je zuvor
sichtbar füreinander werden.
Und so wie die Welt ein Geheimnis ist,
so sind Gedanken Energie,
Glauben ist Sehen,
und Ahnen ist Wissen.

Miracles
To those who live consciously
miracles are visible and inevitable.
The structure of the world itself is miraculous.
We are walking through miracles all the time
and are miracles ourselves.
To destroy even one of us, is a sacrilege.
We have spent so much time and energy
to be realistic, to stay grounded,
to curb our ecstasy and to forget our dreams,
that we have lost the sense of the miraculous
woven into the the fabric of the world
in every conceivable and inconceivable way.
We are heading into a time
when our eyes will be opened more and more
and we will see not only with our lens and retina,
but with our heart, the only organ
that sees the whole picture undistorted.
Then the impossible will be common
the miraculous will be an extension of our love
and we will trust our hope and faith more
than the headlines, full of catastrophe und disaster.
We will laugh benevolently at our former sense
of what is reasonable,
we will move into a brightness
that will make us visible to each other
more profoundly and deeply than ever before.
And like the world is a mystery,
so thoughts are energy,
believing is seeing
and sensing is knowing.
